Reading an absolute encoder from LaunchPad: LAUNCHXL-F28379D through Simulink

Dear all,

I am trying to understand if it is possible to read a sensor, specifically an absolute encoder, connected to a TI LaunchPad F28379D through Simulink.

The sensor communicates via SSI (binary synchro-serial) RS422.

I am trying to look for specific blocks to do this, but I found only these ones:

and no one seems to be the right one for SSI communication.

Do you have any ideas on how to proceed?
