Use contourf to show data for the particular area on the map

Dear, I want to use contourf to show data for the particular area on the map (The original domain be maintained, only the embedded part be filled).

How can I fill only the data for the area embedded in black frame and the rest blank (white color). Please find the attached file. I really appreciate any help.
