The equation is e^(t-2)^1/2, for t=0.037.

t = 0.037
exp(t-2)^1/2

e = exp(1);
sqrt(e.^(t-2))
%or
e.^sqrt(t-2)
However, 2.718<etc>^expression is more accurately calculated as exp(expression) like madhan showed.
