Simulink Initiate state space by external signal

Hi,

The idea of the model below is to change the output (TC) depending the selected action subsystems block.

Inside the action subsystem blocks, there is state-space block. The issue is that when i change action block, state variable are initiate to 0: Physically not logic

How can i initiate the state space by state variable (TC) before changing action Subsystem.
