I am Using Matlab R2007b.
I want to design FIR filter with EEG Signal as Input in Matlab.Kindly help me out.

Use the kaiserord function. There are several examples in Answers (I wrote some of them), although using more recent versions. However, the function does not appear to have changed much over the last 12 releases, so you can use the more recent Answers for guidance.
