Why am I unable to use "conAssign" function?

In previous versions of MATLAB I used the "conAssign" function to set optimization structures and then used Knitro for optimization. However I can not find "conAssign" in Matlab R2019a. Did you remove or change it?

The "conAssign" function is not actually a built-in MATLAB function. It is a third-party function created by TOMLAB Optimization.
