i already download MATLAB 2019b and 2013 but i can not find Sinpowersystem in Simulink Library of both auf this two versions

i am Student and i already download MATLAB 2019b with a License that we have from University but i can not find Sinpowersystem in Simulink Library and because of that i download also 2013 version but i couldent finde of both auf this two versions Simpowersystem Library.i want to work with for example Zigzag Phase-Shifting Transformer and other Power elements wich i couden't finde in this two versions.can you please help me to know how can i have this Library in my MATLAB

SimPowerSystems was merged with SimElectronics to create Simscape Electrical as of R2018b.

None of those were included in the Student Suite bundle; they were all optional extra-cost that your university might or might not have licensed.

The Zigzag element is part of Simscape Electrical these days; https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/powersys/ref/zigzagphaseshiftingtransformer.html
