How do I get PWM output from TMS320F28069M using simulink pulse generator

I made a simple Simulink model with a pulse generator and a digital output pin. However, when I download it to TI TMS320F28069M, I don't get a PWM on the oscilloscope. Also, I get a red border around the digital output block. The diagnostic viewer says the code was loaded and ran. I have attached the model, diagnostic viewer, and oscilloscope pic. Please let me know where I'm going wrong with this.
