Organizing different plots of main effects plot (DOE) for different response variables inside the same Figure window.

I am trying to organize the plot resulting from maineffectsplot into a subplot array inside the same window, where each row would be the plot for each response variable. For example:

subplot(3,1,1)

maineffectsplot(response1,X1, .....)

subplot(3,1,2)

maineffectsplot(response2,X1, ....)

.....

It is not working as I know the maineffectsplot function contains subplots inside, and as far as I know doing a subplot inside a subplot is not possible. Any clue to fix this up?

The “maineffectsplot” creates subplots depending on the number od ‘GROUP’ variables. Since it creates handles for the subplots, the subplots declared by you are overridden.

If you want to get all the plots in a single figure, you can plot them manually. You can also use ‘plotmatrix’ function.
