Hi,
I'm using 2017b Matlab in my work. when use >>license(’checkout‘,’signal_toolbox') the ans =1, does it mean signal processing toolbox license is ok? In my Matlab code, pwelch() function is called, it reports error using signal.internal.sigcheckfloattype. More details about the error is in the attached picture.
Anyone can help me? Thanks!

The output of the “license” function indicates that the Toolbox has a valid license and is installed. However the “signal.internal.sigcheckfloattype” function generally throws an error incase the installation was not done properly. I suggest you could try to uninstall and reinstall the Signal Processing Toolbox to see if the function does not throw an error.
Another case where the “signal.internal.sigcheckfloattype” function throws an error is highlighted here.
