How to install the Communication USRP Surpport package after downloading the "archieves" in an offline computer?

Since I cannot install the Communications Toolbox Support Package for USRP Radio by using the Add-Ons in Matlab R2019a, I have downloaded the support package "archieves". But there is no any instruction or readme file to help me install it. How can I intall the "archieves" that inclue the support package to my computer?

You can find the readme file in the SupportPackages folder(Folder where all your SupportPackages are downloaded), not in the archives folder.

Thank you very much. I have resolved this problem. My problem lies in that I cannot download the offline SupportPackages before I used the VPN.
