I (for some reason) needed libselinux. selinux doesn't have to be enabled in the kernel so it's an easy fix.

When I try to launch appdesigner I get the error:
Unable to start App Designer due to an internal error.
MATLABWindow application failed to launch. Unable to launch the MATLABWindow application
I am on R2019a, but error also exists on R2018b
When I try:
>> cd(matlabroot)
>> ! bin/glnxa64/MATLABWindow
I get a MATLABWindow appear just fine!
No idea where to go from here.
Further testing, the same error somes up when I try and open Simulink, but that appears to have a fallback. The Add-Ons Button doesn't work either.
