why the prediction of new data is 0s

I already import the model from classification learner app to work space to make predict with new data.

the accuray of train data is 100%

but when i use model to predict new data the outputs is zeros.

I used :

yfit = c.predictFcn(T)

to predict the new data

any help please ?
