I have already done all the basic image processing step to get the Binary Image and the bounding box for the objects. I have 10 set of images where the ball goes up and down. How do I calculate the real-world speed in centimeters per second of the ball from all set of image?Any tips?

You need to have some known distance in your scene that you can calibrate to. Then just multiply the distance in pixels by the calibration factor. See my attached demo.
