Problems to install matlab in windows 10 for user

I have an installation problem
I'm on a laptop computer.
I have a user account and I can administer the program installation as matalab
The installation is going well from the downloadable executable file, the validation with the license is ok but when I restart with the shortcut icon I always come back to the license validation and so on
Can you help me?

Try the steps in this Answer. If after following those instructions MATLAB still continues to prompt you to activate every time you start, contact Technical Support using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of this page and work with them to determine how to resolve the problem.
