How to access USB6001 DAQ card in matlab version 7.0.1.

you need r2014b for support for the usb6001 . At the time of your matlab version , NI did not have any USB based devices so none of the infrastructure is present in your version .

Sir, is it possible to download the driver for USB6001 from R2015b MATLAB version?

The driver is provided by NI, not by Mathworks.
There is no chance of getting it to work with Data Acquisition Toolbox for MATLAB 7.0.1 (R14SP1).
Your MATLAB version is 14 1/2 years old. You should be considering updating it.
