How to accelerate the deploying process of a model to Arduino in Matlab/Simulink?

I am struggling with some issue on Matlab for a while which is about deploying some Simulink models to Arduino UNO. I am using Simulink support package for Arduino for sending signals to Arduino pins and I am controlling the motor. The process is succesfull, I can deploy the models to my Arduino but the problem is it takes time.

Can you suggest anything about this issue, how to accelarete the deploying procces of a model to Arduino in Matlab/Simulink?

I will be so appriciated if you can suggest anything I can try.
