passband filter on experimental data

I have set of experimental data for position with regards to time with step time 0.001.

I need to extract the velocity-time plot but if I use "diff" command I will have numerical oscilations.

How can I get a clean visual for V-T plot?

attached is the eperimental data. first column is time and the second one is position at the regarding time.
