How to select specific Sensor data (target vehicle speed and position) from Driving Scenario Designer to feed the MPC based ACC controller in Simulink

Having used a Driving Scenario Designer to create a scenario, I have to use the sensor data from it to feed the MPC based ACC controller in Simulink. So basically I need speed and position data (in just the longitudinal direction - X axis) from sensory measurements in my scenario to feed to ACC. How is it possible to extract this data time-wise from the output complex struct?
