Finding important features from data

I want to find out what are the most important features in a set of data during its classifcation.
I'm working with data sets of cirrhotic and non-cirrhotic livers and I wish to find out what are the most important features that weighs the most when MatLab classifies them seperately. For reference I used this video's method to sort them.
Are there any codes or methods in MatLab that can perform such a function?
