How to get the internal signal data or logging data of a subsystem after making it as S Function block (C/C++ Code) without making it as outport???

I have generated a S function from a sub system block using simulink coder. I have some logging and internal signals inside that sub system.I want to use those signals data after making that sub system as a S function. I don't want to disturb the model so I decided not to make the signals as outport. Can anyone help me with this...
