Hi,
I have successfully used matlab PDE toolbox to model heat decipation of a single body. Hoever, it is now required to extended the steady state heat transfer model for two rigid in contact. It seems like I have to define boundary condition for contact srufaces. In this isntace, we need to give a constant temperature to face F12 of the geometry and monitor the temperautre of face F6 - see below image.
Could anyone kindly advise me how to do this? I have tried extracting heat flow rate of the face F7 on a seperate run when it is exposed to air. and then use it has a heatflux input to the face F7 when combined geometries present. But the results doesn't seem quite right for this.
I have included my Matlab code and .stl CAD herewith. Any line of advice is highly arrpiciated.
Thanks.
