identifying pixels of an object in an image

I am looking into any kind of extrapolation formula for identifying the pixels of the same object in two synthetic images (From 3d software such as 3d max or blender 3d) taken from different positions. For example, if the object is of 1.5m width, 2 meters height position (Xd, Yd, Zd). Camera positions are (X1, Y1, Z1) for image 1 and (X2, Y2, Z2) for image 2. Can I identify the pixels' location representing the door in both image 1 and 2? If so what are other required info, I should know. I want to do pixel level segmentation that's why I need specific information about each pixel (whether they meet certain criteria or not) which will help me in labeling it correctly.
