How to plot different polarisation states of a full Poincaré vector beam using matlab?

I want to simulate a full Poincaré beam. But I don't know how to plot polarization ellipses across the beam cross-section as shown in figure.

If you have major, minor axes, center, eccentricity information of each pole/ ellipse, that plot can be plotted. What data you have?
