File exchange contribution upgrade

I try to update my contribution on File Exchange, and always end up with rejection:

This website is currently unavailable We've been notified of the issue and are looking into it.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciate.

Using the Contact Us link in the upper right corner of this page is probably the most direct way.

Include the URL of your Question here in your message.
