PIL error for F28379D - 'cp' is not recognized as internal or external command, operable program or batch file -

Hello, I am trying to run Process-In-the-Loop for Delfino F28379D Launchpad, i have all the support packages installed and i am able to run the system in External Mode. However, if i try to run the PIL by 'deploying the selected subsystem on the hardware' and after successful build, when i try to run it in the normal mode , I get the following error:

'cp' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I've been tackling this problem for a while now, in this link: https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009XkWG5SAN/cp-is-not-recognized-as-an-internal-or-extrenal-command People say to install CYGWIN and will work after you restart your PC, maybe this will work for you, if not, what worked out for me was installing CYGWIN with all 5 the packages related to binutil, AND installing the mingw add-on from Matlab on the Add-on explorer, after this I restarted Matlab and it worked, hope this might be of help.
