SIngle neuron ANN PID using back propagation for control of inverted pendulum

Please, I need some help regarding the subject. I am trying to implement neural network PID controllers to balance an inverted pendulum on cart in simulink. Attached are the simulink model and the two s-functions used by angle and position PID controllers. Any suggestion regarding how to select the learning rates would be highly appreciated as the NNPID controller was tested on a particular simple model and was found to be effective.
