Different output for different version of MATLAB SIMULINK:

I am trying to conduct an experiment on IEEE 39 bus system in fixed step discreet mode. But I am getting wrong result for matlab simulink 2014b where I am getting correct result in 2017b. I am trying to observe the per unit line current for the system. For 2014b I am having different amplitudes for three phases of the same line, but with the same model on 2017b, I am getting all the phase currents with same amplitudes. I need the same amplitudes in 2014b. Any help?
