Is there any way to solve an advection heat equation in pdetool box?

Im trying to solve the equations attached but I'm just not able to.

This coupled fluid flow heat transfer model might be a good starting point. You can also modify the equations to your correspond to your problem as done here with this heat transfer custom equation model example .

Thank you! It seemed to solve it, but I believe implementing certain type of boundaries is unavailable. But thank you so much im almost there!
