How to read data in real time and use output analog

I am trying to output an analog signal to an external circuit using the the Data Acquisition Toolbox with an NI BNC2110 for hardware. I want to read analog data in real time and if the data meets certain conditions, output a short analog signal. Is this possible with an event listener or do I have to use a different technique?
