you never use active contour.. i need that code in which tumor is detected using active contour or deformable model.

See my attached demo to find a tumor in an MRI image. Adapt as needed.

If you absolutely must use activecontour(), then the only demo I have ready to go is attached. Not sure how applicable it is - you might have to adapt it. That function has lots of options you can use to specify precisely how it should work, but that means it can be tricky to find the right combination of input parameter values.
