problem installing simscape multibody

i trying to import a CAD design from solidworks to matlab.when i try to install the downloaded addon it gives the following error: Error using install_addon (line 52) Unable to write file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Production Server\R2015a\help\physmod\smlink\ug\translating-a-cad-robot-arm.html". The entry may be password-protected or encrypted..
