Arduino IDE at folder 'arduino-1.6.13' is corrupt. Open Support Package Installer to reinstall MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware.

I have this error when I connect Arduino uno hardware! I tried to reinstall, but the problem isn't solved...

Seems like the files are not getting deleted during an uninstall. You can just try to delete that folder "arduino-1.6.13" manually and then try to reinstall the support package that you are using.

The support package can be found at (from 2016b onwards, if installed in C:\ and using windows 10)

C:\ProgramData\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2016b (where ProgramData is a hidden folder)

You can then reinstall the support package and confirm your installation by using following command

matlabshared.supportpkg.getInstalled

Also you can use following commands to check for any new update for any support package

matlabshared.supportpkg.checkForUpdate

i cant found arduino-1.6.13 folder on ProgramData\MATLAB\SupportPackages.. so, How can i fix that problem?

Hello, i am getting the same exact problem and un-installing and re-install is not fixing this problem.
