I am doing project on lung cancer detection for that i have extracted texture features using GLCM. Among the 22 features i need only three. Can anyone please help me to do this using PCA?

If you have 22 PCA columns, then just extract the 3 you want as usual.
pca3 = pca22(:, 1:3); % or whatever.
If you have any followup questions, read this first and be much much more explicit in describing your situation.

It is not that it has 22 columns sir.The output of extracting texture features of an image using GLCM is an 1x1 struct with 22 fields. This 22 fields are various texture information like autocorrelation,sum average etc. From this 22 features i need to extract three. How can it be done?

Are you using graycomatrix() or graycoprops()? How are you getting 22 things from either of those? I don't get that. My graycomatrix() demo is attached. Why don't you just call pca() and take the 3 most important components?
