How to check programatically, when the MCR-Installation process is finshed?

Hello, I want to install the matlab runtime components (V2015B) from a self-written installation program. Therefore, I have isolated matlabs installation-folder, which is located e.g. in the User/AppData/Local/Temp/WZSE0.TMP folder (generated, e.g., by MCR_Installer.exe). Then I call the setup program (contained in the folder e.g. "WZSE0.TMP") with the parameters "-agreeToLicense=yes -mode=automated -automatedModeTimeout=0". How can I determine programatically, when the setup program has (successful) finished?
