how calculate feature vector of HSV color image using color autocorrelogram technique..

I want to calculate the feature vector of HSV color image using color auto correlograms technique where firstly HSV color image has been quantized using Lloyds algorithm(i.e. minimum mean square error quantization approach). I want to use in my CBIR approach.
