The Command Window can not indicate the Chinese character of the program in editor in matlab 2016b

The code is

if true
   f = [1,2]; % 但是
   a = [1,2,3; 4,5,7]; % 但是
   a + f % 但是
end

After it runs, the command window show like this

As is shown in the picture, the chinese characters 但是 can not be indicated in command window correctly. They become messy codes. My computer is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 My matlab version is 2016b However, this problem doesn't appear in matlab 2015b

How to solve this problem ? Is this a bug of matlab 2016b ? The settings of fonts are the same
