How to become a distributor?

I am a representative of En Sci Soft Solution Co. Ltd. from Thailand. Our company offers business and academic software solutions including MATLAB applications. I am writing this email to request to become a MATLAB license distributor. Due to the fact that the demand of MATLAB use in our region, especially in Thailand, is drastically increasing as well as our community is growing immensely. With our strength at local MATLAB user communication chanel, it is a good chance for us to found a collaboration to expand MATLAB customer base and improve your current customers' relation. Could you please give us some details about what are the requirements and how to become a distributor?
