ADC Converter in STM32F4 Discovery Board

Hey all ! I am new in Simulink programming with MATLAB. I want to read an analogue signal from my output through ADC pin of STM32F407 Discovery Baord and want it in Simulink again to be used for finding THD of my output. I want to know if this sequence works! Output ->ADC pin->DAC pin->scope. I'll be obliged for your help. Thank you in advance. Regards,
