Dear All, I have a set of curves for several observations, e.g. A{1}=[1 2 3 2 1; 3 2 1 2 3] for the first observation; the first row of A{1} is the control and its second row is the test condition. Say A contains 100 elements. But the peak of the control condition for each element is in a randomly different location (this is also true for the test condition). I would like to find the peak of the first rows of all the elements and align them in a single location. The same alignment should also be applied to the test condition. I know how to do this numerically, but is there an efficient algorithm to do this in MATLAB? I would appreciate any suggestions. Bests. MA
