HDL Workflow Advisor -- Error Connecting to SSH Server

I'm able to run h = zynq in the command window just fine, and also double checked in the HDL Coder Support Package for Xilinx devices, but for some reason in step 4.4 - Program Target Device in the HDL Workflow Advisor, I get this error: Error connecting to SSH server at <IP address I know works fine, checked in terminal, pinged, etc.>. I was wondering what the root of this issue is and how to fix it.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Update-- whenever I run h=zynq successfully, then try to program the target device (get this error), then run h=zynq again in the command window, I suddenly see an "error connecting to SSH server" message. This may help with debugging but I'm not sure how to resolve this if it was able to successfully connect to the same IP address before trying to program the target device in the HDL Workflow Advisor.
