Why are my licenses not linking to my account

Our company has multiple licenses; We have Individual, Concurrent, and designated Computer ones. We are trying to install 2024b and, log into it, and use our concurrent floating license but we get an error " There are no Licenses linked to your MathWorks Account" We can log into our admin page and see that the user does have a license linked to their account but we keep getting this error. This is happening to everyone who trys to log into 2024b recently. Any ideas why? Picture is attached...

I assume you are one of your company's license administrators? If so please contact Customer Service directly using this link and work with them to determine why the Admin Center isn't listing your license.

If you aren't one of your company's license administrators, you probably should have the administrator work with Customer Service in this investigation.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, I’m the admin for our company. The Admin Center does show every user that has a license along with their license #,Type/Option(Individual,Concurrent,Designated Computer),Use(Standard). When I try to log the user in after the install by typing the email and password, it doesn’t see that user has license when they do. That's when I get that error. I have even logged into MathWorks with the users account, downloaded the version i wanted from mathworks.com "2024b", then start the install with the downloaded version from their account and same error. Does each version have to have a different license file. Also, does 2024b have a separate license file for Individuals and Concurrent users? Or can they use the same .lic file that is pointed to our license server?
