Grey Screen Curve Fit App

I've been having this issue for several months. The app is not plotting the data or function which it fits to it. I've overcome it by exporting the figure every time but it's pretty annoying. I tried deleting the app and reinstallING it and even the same for MATLAB itself but nothing worked :(

And I'm not sure what app you're talking about that does not plot. Your app, or the Curve Fitter app? What app plotted the figure 4 plot?

Thanks so much for the response! What data should I attach? The problem is persistent for months and has happened across dozens of different data sets. The problem is the Curve Fitter App. At first I used the version on MATLAB online which worked, then I used my university computer, and now I found a different solution that I can click on the botton "Export to Figure" every time and then I can see my data and the fit I'm the newly generated figure. But the app is supposed to work that the data and fit are plotted within the app (not only after generating a new figure). That's how it worked for me for the past 1.5 years until it stopped working a few months ago.
