I try to run standart example "stm32_adc_gettingstarted". My setting just like help documentation "using the analog to digital coverter block to support stm...".

Unable to connect to the 'STM32F4xx Based' target for 'stm32_adc_gettingstarted'.

May you verify whether the COM port mentioned in the Configuration parameters>HardwareImplementation> Target Hardware resources >Connectivity>Show serial configurations is same as the COM port shown in the device manager.

This is one of the common scenarios in which this error can occur.
