Simulink error on linux: "Error parsing bitcode: Malformed Block" that I don't get with the same program on Windows

Hi, I'm running a Simulink model on HPC linux, and I regularly get an error ("Error parsing bitcode: Malformed Block"), but when I run the same model / input data in Windows, it runs fine. How can I resolve this?

Hi Dave,
A possible reason can be 'slprj' folder in the current working directory. You can try simulating the model after deleting 'slprj' folder.
