How to plot multiple x,y frames based on their corresponding transformation matrices in the same figure? The attached are the transormation matrices.

I'm pretty sure when @Matt J does this
>> s = load('TransformationMatrices.mat')
s =
struct with fields:
TransformationMatrices: [3×3×23 double]
he's going to ask you what the different dimensions in TransformationMatrices represent. So you might as well describe it now, so @Matt J will be prepared to answer you when/if he sees this, or just in case someone else might also want to try to help you.

Not sure what an "x, y frame" is, or a "corresponding transformation matrices", but have you looked at plot?
plot(x1, y1, '-');
hold on;
plot(x2, y2, '-');
