How to apply both Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions to seperate parts of a given face?

I wish to apply a Dirichlet boundary condition in a selected centeral part of a face. The remaining part of the face shall have a Neumann Boundary Condition. How can we do this?

With PDE toolbox using the applyBoundaryCondition() function.

I don't have experience with the PDE toolbox, but usually, splitting the face in one or more new faces that you can access individually to impose boundary conditions should work.
