Why do I get an error stating "bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory" when trying to start the Network License Manager?

When I try to start the Network License Manager, I get the following error:
ERROR: /lib64/ld-lsb-x86-64.so.3: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

This error can be caused by a Linux installation that doesn't have all of the libraries required to run the License Manager's lmgrd daemon. To resolve this, you will need to install the missing libraries.
