Replace selected Distributed Parameters Line blocks with Decoupling Line blocks

Description

The Specify Decoupling Lines app allows you to replace the single-phase and three-phase Distributed Parameters Line blocks in your model with Decoupling Line blocks. You can select one or several blocks in the list and apply the changes in one step. The app automatically sets all the parameters of the Decoupling Line blocks to match those of the replaced blocks. When done, you can run the simulation with no additional steps.

Open the Specify Decoupling Lines App

• powergui Block Parameters dialog box: On the Tools tab, click Specify Decoupling Lines.

• MATLAB^® command prompt: Enter DecouplingLineReplace(Model)

  Model is the name of a model that is loaded in memory.

Parameters

Select all — Select all blocks

Select all the Distributed Parameters Line blocks listed in the app.

Replace — Replace selected blocks

Replace the selected Distributed Parameters Line blocks with Decoupling Line blocks. The app sets the parameters of the Decoupling Line blocks with the parameters of the Distributed Parameters Line blocks. After the conversion, the list of blocks is automatically updated in the app. The update requires no additional modifications and provides the same simulation results as the original model.
