Note

The redesigned Simulink^® Test Manager is a tech preview in R2026b. The primary purpose of the tech preview is to provide early access to the most common testing workflows. For more information about supported workflows, see Overview of the Redesigned Simulink Test Manager (Tech Preview).

To enable the feature, click the New Test Manager button in the existing Test Manager or use the sltest.stmv2.open function at the command line.

Use sltest.stmv2.results.assessment.LogicalAndTemporalAssessment objects to access results information for logical and temporal assessments executed by the redesigned Simulink Test Manager.

Creation

To create sltest.stmv2.results.assessment.LogicalAndTemporalAssessment objects, access the Assessments property of an LogicalAndTemporalAssessmentResultSet object.

Assessment — Summary of assessment

Read-only: string scalar

This property is read-only.

Summary of the assessment, represented as a string scalar.

Data Types: string

Outcome — Test outcome

Read-only: UNTESTED | PASS | FAIL | PARTIAL_PASS | ERROR | INCOMPLETE

This property is read-only.

Test outcome, represented as one of these options:

Result Outcome	Description
UNTESTED	No test criteria return a pass or fail result.
PASS	All test criteria pass.
FAIL	One or more test criteria fail.
PARTIAL_PASS	Some test criteria pass and the others are untested.
INCOMPLETE	Test did not complete execution. For example, the test stopped early or has not run.
ERROR	The test encountered an error during execution and did not complete.

Examples

Get Temporal Assessment Result

Get the currently loaded result sets in the redesigned Simulink Test Manager.

resultSets = sltest.stmv2.results.getAllResultSets;

Get the first result set. Then, get the first test file result.

rs = resultSets(1);
tfr = rs.TestFileResults(1);

From the test file result, get the CUT result. Then, get the test case results.

CUTr = tfr.CUTResults(1)
tcr = CUTr.TestCaseResults(1);

Get the first temporal assessment result set.

tars = getLogicalAndTemporalAssessmentResultSet(tcr(1));

Get the first temporal assessment result.

  LogicalAndTemporalAssessment with properties:

    Assessment: "Assess Detection: At any point in time, whenever (pressure < 200) is true then, with a delay of at most 0.05 seconds, LO_hyd_fail must be true"
